 There are four first class golf courses in the area including, just a few         minutes away, Royal Lytham St. Annes, the venue for the 2012 Open.

 Blackpool South Shore with its Pleasure Beach & the beginning of both the     trams & the famous illuminations is barely 10 minutes by car and equally          accessible by buses, which run frequently from the stop just around the           corner.
