The Claremont Bed & Breakfast is a semi-detached, extended Victorian property, built in late 1890’s.

It has been welcoming guests since before the 1960's. Ideally located near to the promenade and a ten minute walk to St Anne’s town including the railway station.


All rooms have LCD Flat screen TVs, free WIFI, beverage trays and fresh towels.

Your breakfast is prepared to order and served at your own table in our bright spacious dining room. Breakfast is served between 8:00am and 9:00am. Earlier breakfasts are available on request. There's a lot to do in the area with bird watching, walking, exploring, shopping & eating out.

St Anne's Pier

Victorian Era pier, dating back to 1885. Go back in time and take a stroll along the Pier or try your luck on the arcades indoors.

Fairhaven Lake

Considered the third oldest marine lake in Britain. Fairhaven boasts numerous activities, including boating along the river,  adventure golf, tennis, bowling, basketball and numerous others.

St Anne's Beach

A stroll along the beach during a low tide is always beautiful, but its magnificent if you go during sunset.  St Anne's beach also boasts its very own kids splash park. 

Mini Links Golf

Consisting of  MiniLinks PAR3 Course - an 18 hole golf course to Crazy golf to a Pennines Putting Green. Mini Links Golf has something for all ages.

Lytham Hall

An 18th Century Gregorian country house, situated on 78 acres of wooded parkland. An afternoon stroll through the grounds of Lytham Hall take you back through the ages, truly feels like you're walking through Bridgerton. 

Lytham Windmill

Situated on Lytham Green, Lytham windmill is a tower mill which was designed to grind wheat and oats in order to make bread.


“Our stay was very enjoyable, we would definitely go back.  The bed was very comfy, also the breakfast was very good.
