Arriving at The Claremont

Access to the property.

From the pavement, there is a gateway with a 4 cm stone step leading into the front garden, followed by a level tarmac path.

First Door.

Continuing along the front garden path, you will arrive at a white porch door, which features one step 13 cm high and is 100 cm wide. This door is unlocked — simply open it to enter.

Porch.

Upon opening the white door, you will enter the tiled porch. There is a "Ring" push-button doorbell located on the left inner door frame at a height of 1.45 meters. Check-in assistance is available between 3:30 pm and 6:00 pm. The porch is well lit during hours of darkness.

Front Door.

Once inside the porch, directly in front of you is the inner white door, which is 83 cm wide and has a 16 cm step. This door is locked and is fitted with a smart, pin-protected handle.

Pin-Protected Handle.

To unlock, tap the black panel above the handle where it says Card to illuminate the keypad. Enter the four-digit pin followed by the # symbol provided to you (e.g., 0000#), and the door will unlock. These instructions are also clearly displayed inside the porch for your convenience.

Entering the Hallway

Once you unlock the front door, you will step into the hallway. On your right, you will find a coat stand, followed by a small table with a clearly labelled hand sanitiser bottle. Next to the table is a heater—please do not touch it, as it can become very hot when switched on. Above them is a large notice board displaying local information, along with leaflet racks.

On your left is a large mirror, followed by the door to the breakfast room. Next to this is the Ring push-button bell for assistance. Please press this bell to collect your key upon check-in and to return it upon check-out.

Going to the First Floor

Once you pick up the key, you can head upstairs to your room. There are initially 14 steps to a small landing with a handrail on the left-hand side. Straight ahead are 4 more steps (no handrail) to 2 bedrooms: Room 1 (Superior Twin) and Room 2 (Superior Single), both currently under renovation - that area is closed off.

From the small landing on your left, a further 5 steps with a handrail on the left-hand side lead to 3 more first-floor bedrooms: Room 3 (Classic Double) , Room 4 (Classic Double), and Room 5 (ewly Renovated Deluxe Single Room).

Going to the Second Floor:

From the first floor, a further 10 steps (handrail on the left) lead to another small landing.

Straight ahead are 6 more steps (no handrail) to 2 rear bedrooms: Room 6 (Standard Twin Room) and Room 7 (Standard Single Room).

From the small landing on your left, a further 8 steps with a handrail on the left-hand side lead to 3 more bedrooms: Room 8 (Standard Double Room) and Room 9 (Newly Renovated Superior Family Room).
