Dear Guest,
We look forward to welcoming you for your stay during Lytham Festival. Please take a moment to review this important information to help your visit go smoothly:
Check-In Times
Standard check-in is between 3:30 PM and 6:00 PM.
Please ensure you collect your room key by 6:00 PM to avoid late check-in fees.
Early Key Collection
If you would like to collect your key earlier (between 11:30 AM and 3:30 PM), please contact us in advance so we can arrange for someone to meet you.
Kindly note that although you may collect the key early, room access is still only available after 3:30 PM.
Luggage Drop-Off
If you are arriving by train or bus and wish to drop off your luggage, this can be arranged between 11:30 AM and 3:30 PM.
Please contact us in advance to confirm, and ensure all luggage is securely locked.
Front Door Pin Code
The pincode for the front door has been sent to you via email. The pincode is unique to each booking, and will be active from 3:30 PM on your day of arrival until 10:30 AM on your day of departure. If you would also like to receive the pincode by text message, kindly let us know and we can arrange this for you.
Parking
Free on-street parking is available on Derbe Road and most surrounding streets, provided no driveways are blocked.
Festival Transport Options
Park & Ride: A convenient Park and Ride service is running again this year, located just a 5-minute walk away. Last we heard, it is £10 per car, but please check directly with the festival for up-to-date details: Lytham Festival Travel Info.
Bus: The York Road bus stop, a 2-minute walk from our door, offers a direct route to Lytham.
Train: You can also travel from St Annes Centre station to Lytham Centre station.

Check-Out
Please note that check-out on your departure day is by 10:30 AM.
Quiet Hours
Please be mindful of other guests when returning late from the festival, as some may be resting.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM. If you have not yet booked breakfast and would like to add it, this can be arranged on arrival for £8.90 per person, per night.
